Psychiatric Evaluation
A detailed mental health assessment that includes a through examination to determine whether an individual has a mental health condition. During the assessment, symptoms will be classified according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-V) criteria to determine if there is a psychiatric diagnosis and to develop a personalize treatment plan that can include medication management and/or psychotherapy.
Medication Management
It is proven that medication can improve symptoms of mental health disorders including depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, ADHD and more. Medication can provide convenient and reliable relief. Medication can also make it more possible for individuals to function better in their daily activities and improve their overall well being. Telehealth is a valuable option for medication management due to its convenience and accessibility.
Telehealth Services
Telemedicine allows us to utilize technology as a tool for providing care as it can be conducted via computer, phone, or tablet. There are benefits which include convenience, time effectiveness, and cost. There are many conditions that can be managed through tele-health services such as anxiety, depression, OCD, and bipolar disorder to name a few. Victory Grace and Mental Health Services provides mental health care through telehealth services.
We serve individuals of age 8 to 65 years of age. We provide mental health services by providing medication management and psychotherapy along with other treatment modalities. Our focus is on evidence based practices regarding health. We also believe in personalized care because we understand that each individual is unique. We have a holistic approach because we believe in healthy relationships, exercise, nutrition and faith. We are optimistic because Jesus Christ provided Victory, Grace and Healing because of this we have hope.
